Recently,a large-scale tire project in Xingtai City,Hebei Province,has attracted high attention from the industry.

       This project not only has a large production capacity,but also involves cross-border investment.The project name is"Annual Production of 20 Million Radial Half Steel and All Steel Tires Project".The construction site is located in Guangzong County Economic Development Zone,Xingtai City.This project is invested and constructed by Hebei Wanjun Tire Co.,Ltd.At present,relevant filing has been completed and approval has been obtained from government departments.

       It is worth noting that Wanjun Tire was originally a bicycle manufacturing enterprise.The company was established on August 13,2021,formerly known as Hebei Wanjun Vehicle Industry Co.,Ltd.In August 2023,it underwent strategic adjustments and was officially renamed as Hebei Wanjun Tire Co.,Ltd.At the same time,the business scope has also been changed to tire manufacturing and sales,as well as import and export of goods.In June 2025,this company will increase its registered capital to 100 million RMB.Gu Yulan and Yin Fenghe each paid in 50 million yuan,holding 50%of the shares respectively.This capital increase may prepare for the construction of the aforementioned cross-border projects.
